Aerobic
Dance
Easy-to-follow high and low impact choreography with modifications for those wanting all
low-impact. We promise a fun cardio workout.
Cross Train
These high-energy
workouts add variety to your training regime. The class
includes running, sculpting, speed and agility drills, and
"virtual" sports activities.
Deep Water Exercise
Pump up the
intensity of water exercise with this class. A majority of
these workouts are done in the deep end of the pool while
utilizing floatation belts, kickboards, and resistance bells.
All equipment is provided. This is a terrific cardiovascular
workout with virtually zero stress on the joints.
Functional Pilates
The best of sculpt
with elements of Pilates. Number of participants is limited;
pick up a Pilates pass no more than 30 minutes prior to the
class at the front desk. For personal comfort, participants
are encouraged to bring their own mats.
PACE Circuit
Hydraulic strength and cardiovascular
equipment alternate this class to create one of the most effective
time-efficient workouts.
Pilates Plus
This class
combines Pilates based conditioning with techniques from other
exercise styles such as ballet barre work, concentrated mat
work, yoga and stretching techniques. Core conditioning,
increasing overall tone, improving flexibility and posture are
emphasized. For personal comfort, participants are encouraged
to bring their own mats.
Kickboxing
A 45 min class that
combines punches, kicks and combinations for a great high
energy cardio workout. The moves are easy to follow and
modifications can be made for those wanting a lower-impact
workout. Kickboxing burns and tones while getting an intense
aerobic workout.
Sculpt
These classes
utilize weights, body bars, stability balls, resistance bands,
and other equipment to tone and define your body. Sculpt Xpress focuses on the lower body
for an intense 30 minute workout.
Step
The 45 minute classes feature fun and
challenging step choreography for an intense cardiovascular
workout that also tones the lower body. Step Xpress is 30
minutes of great, easy-to-follow cardio-step!
Water Aerobics
The natural resistance of water in every
movement makes these classes ideal for cardio work and toning.
All equipment is provided. A gentle on your joints way to
enjoy your workouts!
Walk/Run Class
From fitness
walking and jogging, to improving technique and pacing for 5k
fun runs, this class offers a great cardio workout appropriate
to your goals and fitness levels.
Yoga
Stretching, strengthening, and RELAXING,
all in one class. Basic Yoga classes include instruction on breathing, stretching,
and toning. Modifications are made for participants new to
Yoga.
For personal comfort, participants are encouraged to bring
their own mats.

Indoor
Cycling Classes
Intense, FUN indoor cycling classes with
number of participants limited; pick up a cycling pass no more
than 30 minutes prior to class at the front desk.
Bring a
small towel and water bottle to class.
Combo Cycling
These classes
combine endurance cycling with jumps, sprints, and hills for an
incredible, low-impact workout. Modifications are given to
accommodate new participants and everyone cycles at their own
pace.
