Working with one of our personal trainers will ensure you get started on the right track.

We begin by sitting down with you to discuss your personal fitness goals and establish a strategy to help you achieve those goals. After we assess your current level of fitness, our trainers can then design a personalized fitness program for you based on that information to help you get started. As you make strides toward your goals our trainers will continually modify your program to keep you moving forward.

Whether you're new to the world of exercise or have been physically active for years, our personal trainers can help you reach the next level.

1 - 3 sessions = $55.00/session
4 - 7 sessions = $52.00/session
8 +   sessions = $48.00/session

Group Training Sessions

Group training sessions are a great way to keep workouts fun and motivating with a little friendly competition.

2 people:
1 - 9 sessions = $70.00 / session ($35.00 / person)
10+ = $60.00 / session ($30.00 / person)

3 people:
1 - 9 sessions = $90.00 / session ($30.00 / person)
10+ sessions = $75.00 / session ($25.00 / person)

*Multiple sessions must be prepaid to receive discounted price.
*Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
